Managing Director
Emma joined Horsham Matters in 2018. Emma has responsibility for the strategic development of the charity including the continuous improvement and progression of our services to the most vulnerable residents of Horsham whilst ensuring the sustainability of the Charity
Nicola
Fundraising Manager
Nicola supports the charity to raise funds through events, grant applications as well as visiting groups and organisations to promote our work. If you are taking part in a bike ride, marathon or other sponsored event please contact us.

Karen
Community Support Assistant
Karen joined us in October 2019. Karen has had a variety of roles within the charity and is currently supporting foodbank clients with reviewing their household budgets.
James
Logistics Assistant
James works in the logistics department. He delivers furniture, food parcels and collects donations.
Gill
Fundraising Assistant
Gill works to make the most of every fundraising opportunity, if you're thinking of running a charitable event Gill would love to help!
Jo supports Tracy to run the shop as well as working alongside a team of volunteers. Jo also prepares meals for our Connecting Cafe
Mike
Operations Manager
Mike Pell joined Horsham Matters in December 2018. Mike works closely with the Managing Director, supporting many aspects of the charity from long term strategy to day to day business. He is also responsible for online sales, superstore sale and strategy, our social media and the logistics team consisting of James Gearing, Dan Rowe and Kara Keast.

Katheryn support Tracy to run the shop as well as working alongside a team of volunteers.

Tracy runs our Love it Again store in West Street, Horsham. Tracy has a great eye for detail and creates amazing shop windows with the team
