We are currently looking to recruit an individual with good organisational ability, local knowledge, logistical acumen and customer focused skills to work at our busy Donation Centre in Horsham. This role will include providing a warm welcome to all our donors; admin support to the warehouse and office staff; assisting where needed with organising deliveries and collections; maximising customer and donor satisfaction; and managing the Gift Aid administration.

This is a part-time post, 9am to 4pm, Tuesday to Friday and carries a salary of £8.60 per hour. Job share maybe considered. It will be based at Horsham Matters’ Donation Centre in Horsham.
